Bilal Community and Family Centre (BCFC) is pleased and delighted to recommend NSD Tech Inc. Led by its president, Sumegha Gupta, NSD Tech has distinguished itself as a champion of designing business and technical solutions for non-profit organizations, such as BCFC. It is in this capacity that NSD Tech has served BCFC for more than four years which have greatly enhanced our ability to serve our community.
In the last several years, NSD Tech have been a key resource for our organization by providing technical solutions for us such as the CRM tool, CARMIS which is now utilized by our organization to satisfy key processes and fulfill funder requirements. Ms. Gupta and her team implemented CARMIS and seamlessly adapted and integrated it to work with existing BCFC processes. CARMIS enables us to better collaborate with partners, and to better comply with the reporting requirements of our funders - including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s iCARE.
The team at NSD Tech are the experts responsible for the design and development of BCFC’s new website as well. We now have a new and expanded website which is more user friendly, and, as required, allows more timely delivery of information to our clients. We have expressed our sincere appreciation to the NSD Tech team for understanding our organization’s needs, for implementing solutions that helped to transform our organizations capacity and helped us meet our goals. Consequently, in 2021, BCFC’s annual “Appreciate and Acknowledge” gift was awarded to NSD Tech.
